Happy Children's Day! Here is more scrappy inspiration from Laine's gallery: I found some yummy ones this week!
"Be Yourself Day" by Tinkerbell - So many things to like on this one! The 'pop' of the colours, the fantastic photo, the clever title - and did you notice how the robot kind of has 'specs' like the little boy? Everything just 'gels' - right down to the choice of stamps! (Incidentally, this layout was submitted for Ed's "9-things" challenge - did you go take part yet? It's good fun!)
"Love Knows Not What Time is" by Yen - This layout has such a unique look - from the artsy background, to the little 'shelf in the corner where the birdcage is sitting, to the colours chosen. Its a fresh look that's romantic and goes perfectly with the photos. Don't you love the 2 lovebirds? (both the human and birdy ones...)
"Colour Through the Rain" by Red Squirrel - Did you know its really difficult to design something that looks as simple and perfectly balanced as this? From the colours and choices of textures to the font of the title - all is in perfect balance and harmony - this is zen scrapbooking - just beautiful.
I'm sure I'm gonna see more goodies next Thursday! Have you uploaded yours yet?
