Our special collaboration with PATHLIGHT SCHOOL (an autism focused school) on the Beautiful Minds Project is already underway. Beautiful Minds is a scrapbook album project aims to showcase journal entries and doodles created by Pathlight students as a vehicle to promote autism awareness for family, parents and members of the public. The original scrapbook will be published in print form later in the year. Members of Laine's staff as well as many gracious volunteers are now dedicating their passion in scrapbooking to a worthy cause serving as coaches and designers on this very specially commissioned project led by PATHLIGHT DESIGN STUDIO. To date, materials and supplies used for the coaching sessions as well as the manuscript copy of the Beautiful minds scrapbook have been provided by donation from Laine's Papeterie and Customers of Laine's. We are now putting out a very special call for product donations for further use in this project. If you have a large stash that's begging to be put to better use or used towards a worthy cause, please do consider making direct product donations to this project. If you do have patterned papers, fancy stickers, alphabet stickers and embellishments that could fit the following themes, and would like to make a contribute, please have them packed, marked "PATHLIGHT" and handed over to our staff at Wheelock Place. We thank you in advance for your generosity and for joining us in this very worthy cause. All product donations should reach us before 31 July 2009
