Today is Tuesday.....so here's a fun technique to try:
Get This:

1. Art Glitter Sticky paper
2. Glitter of various colours
3. shapes for masking - you can use anything that doesn't stick permanently (e.g. Maya Road sheers, Fancy Pants clear shapes, epoxy stickers, even lace!)
Do This:
1. Remove the backing from the sticky paper.
2. Arrange various shapes onto the sticky side of the paper. (No need to press down hard, you'll need to remove them later)
3. Sprinkle glitter to cover the background first. (I used white glitter for mine)
4. Remove each shape and then sprinkle the colour of the glitter you want to have for that shape.

5. Repeat till all shapes are done. ta dah! I added stickers to mine to make a card.
NOTE: Be sure to clean up after you use each colour of glitter so the colours won't get mixed up.
Try This:
1. You can also punch / cut out pieces of the sticky paper to use on other projects and just pour glitter onto the sticky part. The glitter sticks well to the sticky paper.
And here's a little catch up Toot 'cos I missed last Thursday! Three cool creations from Ed's 6X12" challenge! Well done ladies!
"U R Special" by April - I like the scalloped edge at the top, the house, the dots coming out of the chimney, the dandelion with 2009 inside, the black gems on the red 'tree'. Very charming...
"Soft Repose" by myrabealy - I like the simplicity, elegance, the way the butterflies overlap the photo, the bits of text behind...
"{Seek}" by Tinkerbell - I like the litte birds at the top, the branch overlapping the photo, the quote and the bicycle - great choices!
